Darkness To Light

Our Mission; to empower people to prevent child sexual abuse.

Our programs raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child sexual abuse by educating adults about the steps they can take to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the reality of child sexual abuse.

Attendance at a Darkness to Light presentation is a requirement for adults who work with children not only in our Diocese but also in other churches and secular agencies and organizations throughout our community as well.

Please call the parish office (541) 923-3390 if you would like to take a conventional classroom version of this program.  Classes are open to parishioners and non-parishioners in both the English language and the Spanish language, but it is important to reserve a seat in the class to ensure that there are enough materials.

The fee for the class is $10, payable by check or cash on the day of the class.   Must be 18 years of age.
