Prayer to St. Thomas the Apostle,
Pray for Me
Lord Jesus, St. Thomas doubted Your resurrection until he touched Your wounds. After Pentecost, You called him to become a missionary in India, but he doubted again and said no. He changed his mind only after being taken into slavery by a merchant who happened to be going to India. Once he was cured of his doubt, You freed him and he began the work You had called him to do. As the patron saint against doubt, I ask him to pray for me when I question the direction in which You are leading me. Forgive me for mistrusting You, Lord, and help me to grow from the experience. Saint Thomas, pray for me. Amen.

Fall Bible Study
Romans: The Gospel of Salvation
Paul's letter to the Roman's has been at the center of reflection, conversion, and controversy from the very beginning.
Romans: The Gospel of Salvation is a new eight-week Bible study we are offering, that will help you make sense of the difficult passages regarding faith, works of the law, and justification. It will give you an authentically Catholic, comprehensive, and simple way to understand this challenging epistle. St. Thomas Catholic Church will begin Romans on Sept. 23rd at 9:30am - 11:30am and on Sept. 24th at 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Participants will meet every week to view an engaging video presentation by Dr. Andrew Swafford and Jeff Cavins, followed by a time of lively group discussion and fellowship. OUR MISSION
FAITH
We are committed to deepening our love for and understanding of the truths taught by our Holy Church and the revelation passed on to us through Sacred Scripture. We will express our faith by active and lively participation in liturgical and private prayer. We will receive the sacraments with reverence, recognizing them as seven unique channels by which the Spirit breathes life into His people.
HOPE
We shall become a living sign in the midst of a sinful world that God is with us. We will proclaim by example that the suffering and injustice of our age will soon give way to the Kingdom of God.
LOVE
We will come to know that we are intimately loved by our God Who formed each of us in the palm of His hand. We will love and adore Him to the best of our ability. We shall love all human beings, recognizing that life is sacred from conception to natural death.
