Baptism

English Form:
Please download.  Parents of children to be baptized must be registered members of the Parish. A preparation class is required for parents and godparents. Paperwork must be completed and turned into the Office prior to scheduling the desired date of Baptism.  

Bautismo

Forma española:
Descargue, Los padres de los niños que serán bautizados deben ser miembros registrados de la Parroquia. La clase de preparación es obligatoria para padres y padrinos. La documentación debe completarse y entregarse a la Oficina al menos dos semanas antes de la fecha deseada del Bautismo. Si la documentación esta incompleta retrasará la fecha. Para obtener más información, llame a la Oficina Parroquial.

Eucharist

Grades 2-12:
Please register for RE sacrament classes before September 30. Forms will be here after August 31.

Deadline to register is September 30. Classes begin the first week of October. 

Adults:
Please call the office about R.C.I.A. classes.
